By registering for or accessing The Holy Grail Research Lab ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Vint Hill Designs, a sole proprietorship based in Virginia, USA. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vint Hill Designs regarding your use of the Platform.

2. Not Financial Advice

The Holy Grail Research Lab is a personal research and educational tool only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

• The Platform tracks a rules-based market timing methodology for educational and research purposes only.
• Past signals, indicators, and system outputs do not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
• Vint Hill Designs is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
• Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

3. Invite-Only Access

Access to the Platform is invite-only and subject to manual approval by the administrator. Approval may be granted or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Vint Hill Designs. Registration does not guarantee access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Membership fees are set at cost-recovery levels to cover server, data, and maintenance costs.

• Monthly membership: $25.00/month, billed monthly.
• Annual membership: $249.00/year, billed annually.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• Complimentary accounts are granted at the administrator's discretion and carry no payment obligation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent the Platform's outputs as professional financial advice to others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, signal definitions, and methodologies on the Platform are the property of Vint Hill Designs. The William O'Neil market timing methodology referenced by the Platform is the intellectual property of its respective owners — the Platform's implementation is an independent interpretation for educational purposes only.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vint Hill Designs makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vint Hill Designs shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or other financial damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms
